Following in the steps of Coco herself (who adored ballet and dabbled in costume design too)...Karl Lagerfeld designed a tutu for the English National Ballet's principle dancer Elena Glurdjidze, to wear whilst performing the dance of 'The Dying Swan' at London’s Sadler Wells Theatre earlier this month. With over 100 hours of work, the exquisite skirt was comprised of 2,500 feathers. If only I had kept up those dance classes...Go here, here & here for more.
